- JEJohn EqupleAug 8, 20251.0Never go to this location in Chelmsford EVER. Horrible experience with the manager and line. I showed up to a 20 person line and there was a man on the line not doing anything. Then there was a girl sitting on her computer acting like she didn’t see the line of customers to the door and wasn’t helping anybody. Then when I finally get to the teller for my transaction. I had somebody who didn’t know how to help me because she said she was new. I didn’t mind waiting but the person next to her seemed like my transaction was a bother to help the girl. Then the teller walked to a manager to ask a question. She was in the first office and I heard everything the manager said about my transaction and it was not nice. Then she had the poor teller running back and forth instead of getting up to talk to me and help. I then needed something on my account fixed and got told I needed an appointment when I took time off to be here today. Then the poor teller had to try and make me an appointment when there was two people at the desk open. Overall you need to train your new employees instead of leaving them there to learn themselves with no support. The manager in the office should be fired for treating her employee and a loyal customer that way. I will never be returning to this location nor should anybody. I believe the managers name was Mary.
- LLLizJul 4, 20255.0My boyfriend had an appointment with Adhemar and he was so helpful, patient, and friendly. He was able to answer all of his questions and gave him peace of mind with his account. He had a horrible experience at the Nashua branch so going to this one was a breath of fresh air compared to that. The staff and atmosphere are very welcoming. Great branch to go to!
