Opened an account not too long ago and when i got there the rep was asking a customer to say her account number out loud with multiple people behind her. Seems like something we shouldn't be blurting out around other people.They dont let you add another exteral bank to make transfers for 3 months after opening the account. They have odd fees for random things. They also dont let you deposit checks unless they are the same size as their default settings on the mobile app. One of my checks was slightly wider and it wouldnt work. Tried it on my regular bank and it worked just fine. Staff dont see that professional or know what they are doing.

You can re-order checks at a branch, using the mail order form provided in your current box of checks, or online. When you are ready to re-order your checks online, please make sure to have your check re-order slip ready. To place an order, log in to Harland Clarke’s check reordering website.
