- XWXZ WMay 10, 20171.0I opened an account in Sept. 2016 during a promotion, and I was told that as long as I kept $10,000 combined balance in both checking and saving account, and also some other requirements, there would be a $350 bonus transferred to my account by April 30, 2017. I haven't received the bonus and called the customer service and the branch many many times. Each time, they tried to find this or that excuse claiming that I didn't satisfy the requirements. First, they told me $10,000 has to be in the checking. I said the clerk at the branch told me the combined balance would be fine, otherwise, why not putting it in the checking since I do have enough amount. Then, they said that it seemed I didn't maintain an average balance of $10,000, I checked with them month by month, and they finally agreed that I did have the required balance, and again, put me in waiting. This is the third time that they promised to let me know in a few days, yet I never got a reply from them for the past few times. IN SUM, AVOID WEBSTER!!! A bank without credit.
