    Worst bank in the STATE - unhelpful and incompetent staff. You want to have free headaches, waste your time, and deal with people who have no idea how bank - come to TD Bank Fresh Pond.

    The U.S. is a low-context culture, where most of the meaning is conveyed through explicit verbal communication. Many other countries, especially in Asia and the Middle East, are high-context cultures where meaning is also derived from context, body language, and shared understanding. This can lead to misinterpretation on both sides during a service interaction. In my opinion when you are working on foreign soil one should conform to the norms of the country with which you are working as respect but I could be wrong

    Always have problems at this branch that I don't have at other branches. No problem with TD Bank, but stay away from this branch at all costs. Manager or Acting Manager Jennifer Zhang has no costumer service manners but even worse, she doesn't know what she needs to in order to do her duties as a notary public. After what she caused the problem is now a TD Bank problem because she works for them.

    Came in just to cash my check, not sure of the lady’s name but she’s a short Asian lady. All I wanted was to CASH A CHECK not to have someone brownose through my checking account and say “you use debit card alot”. Yea there’s reasons for it that, one of which is because I just moved and it ain’t your business what I do with my card. What should be a 3 minute transaction turned into me getting upset with these bombardment of questions that don’t concern her. It’s my money and I do what I please with it. Only giving 2 stars because she offered to help me when other tellers were busy. I’m going to a different branch who keep their opinions to themselves and this is not the first time I had issues with this branch either. Not getting fooled a third time >:(
