- KTKong TaingOct 4, 20251.0We were there on 10/4/2025, waited for 3 hours, the "customer service" said to be incapable, and ask us to wait for another Service Reps, and than another Reps, and finally the last "Service Rep", she said, "Oh, I can't help with that, you'll have to call TD". I am here at TD Bank!!!! Most staffs here are incompetent and incapable, don't waste your time here as we have. Go somewhere else.
