    I can only share with you my expierence since new management has been in place.. friendly, knowledgeable, attentive to what i need that day. Old school values which I myself believe in. Knowing my name, saying hello, asking if I’m ok things lost from most banks and even other locations.. that’s my experience and if you choose to use this bank you will feel the same way also

    Raven is an exceptional person to work with. Today, I visited her office to get a replacement debit card and also requested a balance transfer card. She was very knowledgeable and patient, answering all my questions and concerns with expertise. I will definitely return to work with her and the rest of the staff in the future.

    Everyone at this location is absolutely awesome! They take the time to make sure all of customer needs are met and always do it with a smile! Love my local TD Bank!!!

    No longer live near this location, however when I used to stop in it was mostly to withdraw cash. Friendly customer service, however the major hang up is that the service there from cashiers is limited in knowledge. I recommend speaking with someone at a desk for more complex questions.

    I give a few stars for the kind people who work at this branch, but I think they need additional training. I've asked questions and had multiple occasions where the person I'm speaking with has no idea what the correct answer is so they make something up. I then speak with a manager or someone more senior who eventually gets to the correct answer. If I didn't know the answer was incorrect I would have had a big issue when I filed my taxes. They also just instituted a monthly fee for my account which totals almost $50 a year. I have transferred my account to a bank that doesn't nickle and dime me.
