- MPMatthew PayneJul 28, 20251.0MANAGER IS ON A POWER TRIP My boyfriend lost is wallet TD called today and said they had some of his cards asking if he had other forms of id to pick it up but they have is only id so we get to the bank and were told to wait after the teller was done helping we asking if we needed help and said we are waiting you guys have our id the manager come running out saying I said 2 minutes and the employee even said sorry she can be mean at times she points for us to sit and was asking questions I had enough and grabbed the cards off the table and walk out calling rude

Never experienced anything like this anywhere but here at my home TD bank in Billerica. I even called ahead, make appointments or something no excuse at all 👎
