I’ve had Bank of America and Capital One but have really enjoyed Main Street the most. Super friendly and always available to help. As a business owner I love that I could just go in today with a question I had about my accounts and I was seen right away with Steven Puzikov at the Ayer location. He was so understanding and easy to work with. My service dog in training was welcomed, and they respected her space and job she had to do. I’m so impressed with how professional Steven and everyone else was about her presence.

They helped me out in a jam when my work gave me a commission check late on a Friday. Kristin set up an account and was super nice. If you lose a card they can give you it right then and there, no waiting! They also did a great job at fixing an overcharge issue when a random charge was found on my account.
