Lately, though, they've cut back their hours to be more or less in line with other banks. They haven't stopped making that claim, though. Maybe they thought people wouldn't notice?
- HRH RMar 2, 20191.0There is no branch in California and had many problem to change the phone with call, they block the online account, if you lost your phone in California and want to change thats problem, thats very bad responsible with phone and there is no branch in California and no place, they cant not solve the problem with email and you should write the letter with mail to them, thats triable responsible with phone after hold on the linen for 15 minutes . close your count such soon.

Furthermore, I left notes to my office representative to call me back and he never called me, he even told me he would call me for an issue we had. I had to call back 4 times to know that my problem cannot be resolved and I couldn't even speak to my representative. Really disappointed.
