    The level of customer service at this branch has dropped so suddenly and so drastically that I was genuinely shocked. The tellers were condescending, dismissive, and at times openly rude. I left feeling embarrassed and harassed, which is something I never expected from a bank that I used to trust. The change in attitude was so extreme that it is clear something very toxic is happening inside this branch. I will never return to this location again unless the entire staff is completely replaced. The atmosphere is unprofessional and unfriendly, and it is obvious that customer care is no longer a priority. I now drive several miles to the West Springfield branch, where the staff is friendly, respectful, and consistently helpful. It is worth the extra travel. I strongly warn others to avoid this branch. If you value your time, your dignity, and your peace of mind, choose a different location.

    I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience with the teller Melissa at TD Bank was unacceptable. She was unprofessional, dismissive, and made me feel like I was an inconvenience instead of a customer. When I asked simple questions about my transaction, she gave short, rude responses and didn’t seem interested in helping at all. There was no courtesy, no effort to explain anything, and absolutely no customer service skills. I walked out frustrated and honestly reconsidering banking with TD because of this interaction. TD Bank needs to address this immediately—customers deserve better than this.

    During my visit, I was surprised by the manager's overly inquisitive and personal questions, which I felt were unrelated to the transaction I was trying to complete. Additionally, when I requested to withdraw cash in $100 bills, the manager abruptly responded that they didn’t have enough and could only provide $50s and $20s, in a manner that came across as dismissive and unaccommodatin
