I went in thirty minutes before closing and as soon as I walked in a tall blonde woman came close to my face and told me ‘’we’re closing soon can you please hurry up.’’ A few seconds later as I was filling out my form she continued with “so-and-so can fill out the rest for you.” She even had the audacity to grab my pen away as I was still writing. I’ll never come back to this branch again!
