- CSCurtis SmithFeb 13, 20241.0Good morning everyone i been dealing with capital one for some years never had a problem with them besides last night at the ATM around 11:35 p.m. -11:47 p.m. i took $275.00 out the ATM when i took it out i did what i always do make sure it's the right amount that i did then pull up at BK for something to eat at maybe 11:57 p.m. order my food got ready to pay for it gave the lady a $20 bill i ask why is it taking so long with my food they called westwego pd on me because of the fake money that i got from ATM

- JBJ BJun 19, 20191.0Besides the basic functionality of a bank this branch or brand sucks terrible. From the opening to the saving. When I opened the account the lady couldn't answer basic questions on what the bank offers its customers nor why we should chose it among the other banks near by. But we went with it. Now I came to withdraw money and the tellers flip paper at me and don't even great me. I try to explain I don't know the account number off hand and before I could explain further. Another teller yells at me and says she will take care of me down there... So why couldn't the first lady help me. Does she not like me... During the entire duration I was here. I saw huge amount of cash on the counter not 3 feet in front of me. Just sitting there with the money strips and next to a clear bag. But the amounts had to be in the thousands. If a bank is that sloppy with open cash and the service clerks don't know why I should be with capital one then why would I. So the next time I have a day off I'm going to open a account at a different location for my savings account needs. I here chase takes an interest in there customers needs.. Capital one isn't cutting it. I'd give a one star two times over with this kind of service and manners. So... Yea. Very disappointed
