- ACApril CottenJun 10, 20171.0In the course of the last year i have come to this branch 3 times to wade through the red tape of a succession on my deceased mother's estate. I Walked in at 12:30 on Saturday to show proof of independent administrator for the succession of my deceased mother's estate, close her account and surrender her financed vehicle. They were unable to help me in the matter because their legal department is closed on Saturday. The problem i have is the lack of sensitivity to me and the matter that the person helping me showed as the comment was made "that's why you gotta do your research". Honey, I googled that capital one bank legal department number as was presented with a plethora of info. Since the matter is sensitive i chose to walk into their office. Some people just are not customer service oriented. It was rude, insentive and completely uncalled for!
