After waiting for over an hour for the lady to come back from lunch so I could get some documents signed, a different lady told me when I came back that it wouldn’t be easy to do and it would take weeks for it to be approved. They basically turned me away after waiting at least 2 hours. I never even saw the lady who I was initially waiting on because I got turned away. It was as if no one wanted to do their job, but didn’t mind wasting my day. I’ve worked in customer service and management for years and this is not good customer service whatsoever. I then went to Orange to a Wells Fargo and they did it for me in 2 minutes total maybe. Their Customer service is why I have banked with them for over 10 years. I have a capital one credit card and the customer service I received makes me not want to even have the credit card. This location should either be shut down or completely be refreshed and started over with employees. No one wanted to help me at all.
