I've been waiting a d*** month and a half. I have bills attached to the card. Not everything can or should be linked 2 your account. So I'm behind on things due to them not being able 2 print a piece of plastic!! They keep u tied behind automation so they really don't have 2 answer questions they can't answer! Have to jump through hoops and automations to even get employees.

Just because he is a senior does not mean he is forgetful. Their comments were wrong and I had to explain to him what exactly they should have said. Now he cannot access his money till the new card comes in. Talk about a negative customer service experience.
