- MMMs. MarilynJul 3, 20252.0Not as pleased with them as I used to be. I don't bank here but, my mom does. And she has for years now. Initially, when the old staff was there and you actually had people sitting in the lobby at their desks, greeting u with a smile, and ready to assist. Nowadays, not so much. My mom is 79 yrs old and has an English barrier, and doesn't read nor write English. That being said, I find comfort in knowing she'll be assisted when she gets there. I just don't have that confidence with them now. Especially after the experience she and I had today. I don't want my mom going to a bank where she has her money being deposited, and feeling like she has to demean herself to get friendly assistance. My mom is a very friendly, sweet, and meek spirited woman who deserves to feel like its a pleasure for her to bank where she does. Needless to say, I will be seeking another banking institution who will better accommodate her.
