(I moved and the new local branch didn't have a safety deposit box) Kedric Pitts went above and beyond for me to locate some documents from a very long time ago. I was not expecting him to dig so deep, but after 15 minutes in the back, he came back and just made my day! I might just come back to Capital One for everything he did.
