  I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by Edward Jones and Ally Lucas. It's difficult to find the words to express the extent of my frustration. I had sent an email requesting a scheduled phone call to discuss important details concerning my account. Two months later, I had received no communication whatsoever. Despite making several calls and leaving messages, I was promised that I would receive a call back, which never happened. This pattern repeated when I was assured of a call last Friday at 3:00, only to be left waiting once again. My frustration reached its peak when I received an email quiz asking about my top priorities. I responded, expressing my disappointment and finally received a phone call. To my surprise, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience I had endured. After several generations of my family's investments with Edward Jones doing business with this firm, I expected a higher level of professionalism and respect. It's disheartening to see that this is how matters are handled here. I strongly advise others not to waste their time and to take their business elsewhere, where they will be treated as valued individuals rather than a mere number. Perhaps it's because I don't have millions or billions invested, and I might seem insignificant to them. However, such treatment is not how a business or an individual should conduct themselves. I am utterly disappointed by this entire experience, and it saddens me to see how it all turned out. This is not at all how things began, and had I known, I would have never pursued this path.
