- GMGabriella MajOct 1, 20252.0I’ve had so many bad experiences at this branch I honestly am close to closing this entire account my phone was stolen and money drained from my account. When I went into the branch it took hours and talking to multiple people with multiple phone calls to corporate to get my account properly secured again bc they didn’t know how to do so without my cellphone present. I ended up having to go to a different branch eventually to finish this process I had an ATM eat $903 in cash and not print the receipt that then resulted in a 45 day claim process next time I deposited cash I went to a drive through teller and they had me recount a stack of bills myself like they didn’t have a money counter, and then after they ended up counting it too. Over 20 minute deposit process total I like banking with capital one I wish this branch wasn’t so frustrating to deal with

A bigger amount is available 5 days later, but still not all of it. All in all, it takes 10 days for a normal payroll check to clear and become available. Who has 10 days to wait around for their paycheck?!?! Hate this bank!!!
