- DNdai nguyenNov 19, 20244.0I have been with Capital One for over a decade and so far, they been good to me. Are they perfect? Of course not. When I served in the US army, capital one was with me. When I was in prison, capital one was still with me. When I work in construction, capital one was still with me. I have never change bank once. But as far as I can understand, they been good to me. I'm sure they have their imperfection, but it pretty miniscule if I use them as what they meant for. So what would be their imperfection? Honestly, I have no idea....oh wait, there was this one time I got charged 20 bucks due to some fee with my credit card. That was like 18...19 years ago. Pretty sure if I read the fine print about their annual fee, I wouldn't be in that position. But so far, so good. You asking why I give em 4 star? Like I said, they're not perfect. But they have work with me for a long time, so don't assume the 4 star as they are a bad company. Probably 4.5 star would be more accurate. Honestly, I dunno any bank better than capital one. But this is the best one I know of. Oh, I guess there the atm machine going down from time to time. It pretty annoying, but the bank would fix it at some point. The area this bank is in is kinda bad, so I'm sure there be some vagrant who causing trouble.
