I once wanted to cash a personal check for $80..1. $50, 1 $20, 1 $5 and 5 $1. I wrote it down for the cashier to see. She was counting 80 ones to me!!! I was INFURIATED!!! Also, there has been a deficit in my account every month and no one could help me find the problem🙁Can anyone recommend an stress-free bank? I am tired of them!!

Been banking with them for years and they didn’t even have the decency to let us know that they had an outage and our direct deposit may be held up. They had no backup plan for this situation and I need a bank that has. I’m switching to local bank.

Even if you come in they still gotta call people or direct you to the app. They can tie up your money easily then it's hard to get to it. Nothing against the people inside of it they're very nice; but they're unable to help you even if they really want to and try. Just it's policies are ridiculous. Don't put your money here. Your better off at anywhere else. I'd recommend you keep your money under the mattress rather than this place.
