- RRRustin5 days ago5.0Amazing customer experience, shoutout to Marc! Walked in and the place had a decent amount of customers all being helped. They have an employee at a question desk who immediately asked if I needed any assistance. Told them I was looking to get pre-approved for a car and Marc walked me through every step, answering every question with ease. The employee service was top notch, would recommend this bank to anyone!

From rude employees with attitudes, to being completely ignored by employees, to system failures and an absent manager who is never around to assist. This branch has officially lost my business. I will drive the extra 3 minutes to the location by the mall where they actually treat their customers with respect. I highly suggest anyone else spare themselves the headache and do the same.

Today Cody was my teller at the window and she didn’t bother to greet me, ask me if I wanted to cash or to deposit, she literally just sent me all my money in the tube and didn’t say anything. Not to mention that she didn’t ask me how I wanted my cash given back to me which was an inconvenience. I had to find out from another teller who assisted me today. Customer service is important especially when dealing with someone else’s money and it’d be great if she Could better learn to communicate with customers.
