It seems as no one from Capital One listens to you when a mistake is made and they always have to transfer you to another department to help the customer...so obnoxious!!! Also, I haven't been able to withdraw cash from my account for three weeks now. They take forever to fix an issue that's beyond simple, and then act as if it's the customer fault. They have VERY POOR customer service. I would suggest moving to Chase Bank!
