- DSDana SimienOct 15, 20251.0It's ridiculous the amount of time you have to sit and wait to talk to someone when trying to take care of bank business that can not be done with the tellers. There is no reason they should only have one person doing that job since they have already closed all the other locations down in this area.
- HCHope CooleySep 24, 20251.0Capital One is going downhill fast. First problem is the people who work at the local branches are 100% useless. I've visited the branch on Prien Lake Road multiple times over the last few months and I have always been told to "call the 1-800 number" to get help. They couldn't process a name change, couldn't accept documents to verify my son's identity, couldn't open a new checking account. Don't waste your time driving to a local branch as they will most likely tell you to call customer service - - who will be a person who can't speak English well enough to understand what you need to do.
