- AGAmanda GlaudeAug 13, 20251.0Been having difficulty with my debit card, mind you, this is my 3rd card. I contacted customer service and the guy tells me it's the merchant's device. Almost every store I shop at (especially Walmart), I have issues with the card. I asked why they don't utilize in tap-to-pay, he proceeds to tell that, there's no tap-to-pay with a debit card, when my son utilizes tap-to-pay with his debit card through a different bank. They have left me no choice but to pull all my money out and go to another bank.

I am paid 3 months ahead and got delinquent notices in September when I was paid thru Dec! They did this to us in March as well. Not to mention if I call trying to fix the issue one rep says they can't help me because I am not primary on the account but if I hang up and call back I get all the info I need. Some people have refused to assist me because my husband gave no consent. IF YOU OR YOUR SPOUSE WORKS AND THE NON WORKER IS PAYING BILLS STAY AWAY FROM HERE OR YOU WILL REGRET EVERY POINT YOUR CREDIT DROPS. 28 points for my husb & 24 for mine because they applied my payments to principal despite my memo & verbal requests on their own and charged us late fees for months with no notices.
