Almost every store I shop at (especially Walmart), I have issues with the card. I asked why they don't utilize in tap-to-pay, he proceeds to tell that, there's no tap-to-pay with a debit card, when my son utilizes tap-to-pay with his debit card through a different bank. They have left me no choice but to pull all my money out and go to another bank.

Over the last 8 years, my password has suddenly stopped working a dozen times or more and no matter how much information you give them it is never enough. Even on a business account, they want your personal social security number (which if not illegal, it should be), then your EIN, then your account number, then they start quizzing you about transactions, then if you get past that they claim there is a code on the account that you must give them. They simply could not care less about helping you as a customer. The representatives are smug and pretentious, not caring at all if you go away with no assistance. This is so sad because the branches are as good as gold. But the phone line people are simply horrible. Perhaps First Horizon Bank will perform a much-needed house cleaning of those horrible, unhelpful, phone people.
