- NCNina CharlesMay 28, 20245.0I came into the branch with my elderly mother who had some unauthorized charges on her account. After a not so pleasant interaction with customer service, I was extremely annoyed with Capital One. In the branch, we were greeted by Toni, who was so pleasant from the very beginning. She took full ownership of my mother's issue and was so sweet and patient, even though I admittedly was not being very nice initially. She printed my mother's transactions and we found every unauthorized charge before she contacted customer service on our behalf. She was so friendly and helpful that we found ourselves just talking about life and family while she waited for the fraud team to research my mother's claim. When she was done, my mother gave her a hug. I don't usually write reviews, but I was really impressed with the level of care that Toni took with us.
