- HLHellen LoriaJan 5, 20261.0Today I went to the branch to ask for information about closing my lower-limit credit cards and keeping only the one with the highest credit limit. I was assisted by a teller whose attitude was rude and unprofessional. She constantly interrupted me, laughed, and did not allow me to ask my questions. A very unpleasant experience and a complete lack of customer service from a bank where I am an active client.

- CRClaudia RodriguezAug 11, 20251.0Unfortunately I will be closing my account due to the repeated rudeness and unprofessional behavior in my experience with Ben the teller and an extremely incompetent blonde headed branch manager. I don’t appreciate being yelled at for accidentally saying “ yes mam” or “ yes sir”, it’s just ridiculous the level of hostility that I experienced from the teller repeatedly and today well , the teller Ben yelled at me through the drive through. I addressed it to the blonde headed bank manager who apparently said I should address people by their preferred pronouns because it’s on their name tag. NEWSFLASH!!! Drive through is dark and can’t see name tags. I don’t take kindly to people immediately defending and not owning their mistakes. Blonde headed manager didn’t even apologize. I work with 3 other financial institutions and have great working relationships with my 2 credit unions and Hancock Whitney. Disgust is the only word for my experience at this branch

I've been messing around on their website for the longest time and can't see any option. Keep driving off of this location. Terrible customer care and no help.
