She had me standing in front of other customers rather than sit with me in an office like the professionals do. Look at Lafayette location reviews for my next review. One for them too.
- LLLynn LandryDec 13, 20251.0I have a check made out to me from discover in which i called before entering capital one bank, was printed on check it was a divison of capital one and my loan holder explained the merge and to please stop in at a branch, I was confused bc the teller told me this cldnt be done went spoke softly to another teller after telling me nope this cldnt be cashed as im still trying to learn as to why she is trying to ignore me and help a customer who is behind me as im speaking asking questions as to where do i need to go from here she is very ugly and unprofessional and hopefully capital one will get rid of not only the lending process but the ugly staff she made me feel very small, Will not do business with this branch no matter discover or capital one if she is the one handling my finical needs!
