Ive never had my personal business stated out loud where another customer overheard along with the other cashier. My business is my own. If my license is expired it's my personal business. Easily the most unprofessional experience I've ever had at a bank in my life and I highly doubt it will be topped. I bank from Lafayette to Panama city Florida and have NEVER had a negative experience in a bank until today.

- CRCait RichardsJul 4, 20252.0I went to this branch as I was having issues connecting my account to my husbands - the app informed me that I had too many 360 accounts I came to this branch and asked if j could look into getting a different account type (not a 360) the teller very quickly brushed me off and told me they only have 360 accounts Which is a lie I’ve only ever banked with capital one and used to have a different kind of account so when I got home I went online and wouldn’t you know there is different account types not just 360 My issue is everytime I’ve been to this bank the tellers don’t really seem to want to work and brush you off or tell you that could be done on the app m.
