  I visited today to get cash and change. When I was called to the teller for service, i was immediately given attitude. As if I was inconveniencing her. I asked for cash and change. She asked for my ID. I told her I only had my LA wallet. She said she cannot accept that form of ID. That’s totally okay, I understand not accepting LA Wallet. She then pointed me to the ATM and said “you know you can just use the ATM instead?”. I told her I needed change as well and that’s why I didn’t go to the ATM. Really disappointed. I’ve gone in a handful of times and I am normally handled by great employees. Reconsidering my service here

  I have a new bank card which drafts from my checking account. The card now has Discover logo on back. Tried to use it at 2 different places that I used the old card at. These places don't take Discover. I tried to get bank to give me back my mastercard and take this new debit card back. I was told sorry they can't since Capital One bought Discover. I'm FURIOUS, now I have to find a new bank not affiliated with Discover. Capital One had said nothing would change, but that wasn't true. The young lady I spoke to was very apologetic. I now rate this bank 1, I've been with this bank when it was Hibernia and that's a long time.

  Worst branch ever. Capital One you should think about getting this branch changed. The manager won't do anything so why dont you as corporate get something done. Its horrendous
