- EWEmma WestbrookSep 30, 20252.0I visited today to get cash and change. When I was called to the teller for service, i was immediately given attitude. As if I was inconveniencing her. I asked for cash and change. She asked for my ID. I told her I only had my LA wallet. She said she cannot accept that form of ID. That’s totally okay, I understand not accepting LA Wallet. She then pointed me to the ATM and said “you know you can just use the ATM instead?”. I told her I needed change as well and that’s why I didn’t go to the ATM. Really disappointed. I’ve gone in a handful of times and I am normally handled by great employees. Reconsidering my service here
