As if I was in Mexico!! An absolute insult to English speaking Americans!! Nobody ever answers the phone, in Spanish or English. If taking my money and my business to another bank would even raise one eyebrow I would do it! Unfortunately I don't think anybody @ CapitalOne even gives a damn. 🤦
