- LSLenny SaucierJul 30, 20251.0This company has had a major footprint change in the past few years. Several of their branches closed as they deal with changes in banking methods. The only advantage they have that I can see is their people. You can't meet and talk with someone at Chime if you have a problem. Well today, I realized that they don't have that advantage anymore. You cannot walk in with a problem and get a sympathetic employee who will work with you to meet your needs. Now they are button pushers armed only with a tablet and list of rules. The lobby was empty, the drive thru was empty. I guess more people have realized long before I have that this is no longer a bank, its a machine.

Its a pleasure to meet a gentleman in the truest sense. My usual business at this branch involves drive through or ATM transactions. In the go-go-go world we live in nowadays. Onee loses real human contact that makes our community better. Never thought I would be posting about a simple banking transaction but just wanted to shout out Mr. Landor.
