- CRChris RDec 23, 20255.0I want to take this opportunity to call out one individual at this branch that provided EXTRAORDINARY customer service. JoAnn Bruton is her name. I had a major problem with my account (no fault of Capital One at all) and JoAnn greeted me with a giant smile the second I walked in the door. She was so incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. She went so far above and beyond to resolve my issue and walk me through all the steps I needed to go through to get everything back to normal. She personally called customer service on my behalf, showed me all the amazing features on the Capital One app that I had no clue existed, and did it all with the most amazing attitude the entire time. I can not stress enough how incredible JoAnn Bruton is. PLEASE, Capital One, if you see this....recognize JoAnn for her stellar customer service and outstanding attitude. In fact, make her a branch manager. Give her an amazing job at corporate HQ. Do whatever it takes to recognize this outstanding staff member. Pay this amazing woman all the money she deserves!! Absolute rockstar, 10/10 customer service, and a truly compassionate, helpful person with a heart of gold that was so obvious to spot within the first 5 seconds of our interaction.

- JMJoshua MoratayaJan 1, 20171.0I do bank with you guys and i do like you, a lot BUT you close a bank on meadow creek that happened to be closing at 5 pm and i assumed the shed airline would at least close at 5 now because the other bank closed you guys are aware that most of us work until 4 -5 pm rigth?? And some stuff we cannot do on drive through, please fix it
