THIS MORNING (3/8/22) ABOUT 9:30, I MADE A WITHDRAWAL OF $300 (2 $100 BILLS, 3 $20 BILLS, 2 $10 BILLS AND 4 $5 BILLS). WELL AS I WAS LEAVING I STOPPED AT THE COUNTER, PLACED MY CASH DOWN TO PUT IN MY WALLET AND LEFT A $100 BILL, THE LOYAL CASHIER (MRS. DEBORAH) NOTICE IT AND IMMEDIATELY CALLED ME, I'M SO THANKFUL, THANK YOU MA'AM, GOD 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 BLESS. CAPITAL ONE BANK (NUMBER ONE) ALWAYS!!!!!

They have always kept my bank account on point and service is great!!! They are one of the Best Banks Around!!!
- JLjessica lawsonJul 3, 20181.0You cannot go to this bank at any time of day without waiting in line for 30 minutes. Esp thru the drive thru. It feels like they have 1 teller in there each time I visit. The hours should also be extended. They do not accomodate your average 9-5 worker. My company and I bank with capital one. Some customer appreciation would go a long way.
