I spent hours on the phone with Capital One support to no avail, and within 30 minutes of speaking with these wonderful people, they had my problem resolved. At first, they didn’t think they’d be able to help, so I started to leave but Preston literally RAN outside to flag me down to tell me they wanted to try one more thing, and it worked!! I am so incredibly thankful that they were at this branch - they are the best!! Thank you!!

I like banking with capital one and don't have a poor experience at the other branches in the area just at this one. It makes me feel scared to go in there cause you never know how you're going to be treated. 🤷
