I have had several issues over the years with scammers and BB&T now Truist was always about to resolve the issue quickly and make sure I had access to my money. I look forward to many more years as a customer and have no reason to leave. I am very happy with the company and look forward to using them in the future for some of the other services they offer beside banking.
