- SWScott WilsonJan 14, 20251.0The people were condescending and rude. My grandfather suffers from dementia which causes him to behave erratically sometimes. I do not condone being rude to anyone, but anyone who knows my grandfather knows he is one of the nicest guys the world. When we walked in, the lady said “interesting” in a tone that suggested they were put out with my grandparents. The guy acted as if he did not want to help us and tried to make me feel like I didn’t know what I was talking about. I explained to them that my grandpa was sick and he did not mean to act that way. This is the first review I’ve ever felt the need to write in my life, but if you can’t have more patience than that to deal with elder clients who are suffering from mental health issues, you should find an occupation that doesn’t require working with people. My 86 year old grandmother should not be made to feel like an idiot for wanting to see her bank statement and know that her money is safe. I’d expect a little better customer service when someone is handling hundreds of thousands of my hard earned cash.
