  Would give zero stars of that were an option. I just did business with this bank and a charge was made to my account that was not the amount discussed. It also took the teller 20 minutes to process my transaction and she had my card the entire time. I noticed after I had left. I came back through the drive thru and asked for an explanation. I was met with a very rude teller. She gave no sense of professionalism. She was extremely rude and prissy. She thought it was funny I guess that I had money missing. Which is concerning for her line of business. So please be careful and watch out. The teller was extremely childish and obviously uneducated. I did not catch her name but I know she will see this and she will know how she treated me. When she very well could have helped me and explained. Do not let people treat you bad no matter their job title. !!!! Update!!! Them trying to reach me was them letting me know they closed my account because of how I treated their teller which is funny because she literally was laughing at me for my money missing which is so weird for her line of business. But they also paid me the fee in question. Which is them admitting fault somewhere along the lines. How does that make any sense!!! I will be contacting a corporate office to report this misconduct. The way I have been treated since I walked through the doors is just foul. It's now on the grounds of discrimination because I'm not the typical stereotype of their consumers. I didn't make a mistake here. Their Vice President did & they closed my account to punish me for her mistake. She took more off of my card than what was discussed regardless of the situation it should have been explained in a professional manner. You do not become the VP & not know how counter withdrawals work. She knew what she was doing. Neither the vice president nor the teller tried to honestly help me. They found it comical somehow. & When I came through yesterday to cash the reimbursement check the teller was still extremely rude. This location needs some serious training on manners and business.
