I have 25 years of banking experience from being a teller to moving up to managing 10 branches to becoming a vp. I know when there is a good employee. The csr who opened my acct was exceptional she told me she was promoted to manager The teller who waited on me today exceptional. They need recognized for their job. They deserve a lunch on the bank. Turned me into collections for a paid off loan that was never late, then tried to blame it on me because I paid it off online rather than going in...I actually did ask at the branch drive threw if it was paid off and was told yes. Repeatedly lied to verbally about the terms and conditions of the loan . Worst banking experience ever!!
