    Leadership "transferred" our mortgage to a 3rd party called XXX, but Stockyard customer service says nothing has changed. EXTREMELY DIFFICULT PROCESS! They even advertise new features like: educational videos, FAQ page, online chat with a bot, and a 24 hour automated answering service - what a joke! IMO, not all Stockyard mortgages were transferred - just the ones with a low interest rate went the way of 3rd party, "Sir, we can not confirm that due to the fact that the other mortgages that were transferred are held by other clients, but we can confirm not all mortgages were transferred". I am seriously considering moving my business savings, and personal savings to another institution, but leave my burdensome checking accounts with a minimal balance with Stockyard.

    My husband has been with bank over 20 years when it was Kentucky Bank. His debit card has been hacked 3 times in last year. Just this year in February and July. Now he has to get yet another debit card that comes from Paris now. They need to check their system to see how many others are having same problem. Maybe people are hacking their system not just random cards. He is now checking into to other local banks. So frustrating that this is happening. We live paycheck to paycheck like most people and can't afford to keep losing money because of being hacked so easy.

    If you are looking for a bank where you are just a number then this is the bank for you. Plus the app is designed in a way that doesn't show in real time on some things but does on others. Inadvertently defeating the purpose of having an app. Anytime they can stick you with a fee they will. I have had more fees laid against me in the last year than the whole decade I was with KY BANK.

    Great bank and people , only thing i hate is i dont know my local banks direct phone number in versailles . Other then that really helpful and nice people.
