- LHLisa HendersonJul 5, 20222.0My husband has been with bank over 20 years when it was Kentucky Bank. His debit card has been hacked 3 times in last year. Just this year in February and July. Now he has to get yet another debit card that comes from Paris now. They need to check their system to see how many others are having same problem. Maybe people are hacking their system not just random cards. He is now checking into to other local banks. So frustrating that this is happening. We live paycheck to paycheck like most people and can't afford to keep losing money because of being hacked so easy.

Plus the app is designed in a way that doesn't show in real time on some things but does on others. Inadvertently defeating the purpose of having an app. Anytime they can stick you with a fee they will. I have had more fees laid against me in the last year than the whole decade I was with KY BANK.
