- KPKrystal PoseyDec 19, 20191.0I stopped by this bank because my boyfriend banks here and it's really close to my house. I just needed to buy a roll of quarters. The teller, I didn't look to see if she had a name tag, asked me if I have an account there and I said that I did not. She jumped on the chance to tell me no. She started to give me some nonsense excuse about if something were to come up.... I knew where she was going with it so I cut her off and told her "how sad." I was talking about her being sad. She obviously lives for being able to tell someone "no" because she had it so backwards. Maybe my boyfriend can fill her in when he comes in and closes his account on the fact that she has all the ability in the world to check and see if the $10 bill that I am giving her in exchange for the roll of quarters is real. Now, had I come in with rolls of quarters she would have been on to something. I have never in my life had a problem buying a roll of quarters from any bank, anywhere. I do hope that she was mistaken and that is not the policy.
