- JJJohnOct 24, 20251.0This branch put my paycheck in someone else's account, I called and talked to multiple people for multiple days trying to tell them to look further into it i think they put my check into a different account, they kept telling me I was wrong. I had to call the number on back of the card and explain what was going on, they then called the manager of that branch and they figured it out half a day later... no reason no apologies, and had to wait 3 extra days to get my paycheck.. all because they would not listen to me and just check further into the situation....

When they merged with KY Bank they didn't differentiate between my account and someone else from stockyards very well and was charged for their medical bills and went negative and was still charged an overdraft fee.

This review is in reference to Sharon (Branch Manager) I would think with your position in the company you would have higher standards, I see not. You don't take the time to review paperwork & your employees say they are on "eggshells" when in office because they feel threatened by your presence & judgement calls. You need to take time to do a self-evaluation and make the necessary changes to be a better boss & superior to your staff. This is is very unacceptable. If your job is not genuinely wanted PLEASE find employment you feel you can be best in with the attitude you exert.
