I have banked with this location for over 35 years, yes the bank has changed and so have the Federal regulations!!! But the friendliness and customer service of this branch and all the ones in Shelby County is second to none!!!

Amy was incompetent and treated me like a criminal and the bank manager (Thelma Lancaster) was just rude and not helpful at all. They will freeze your account if you go out of state without notifying them or if you let anyone else use your card. They invade your privacy and they're very judgmental. Thelma didn't help me resolve my issue, instead she just argued with me and had a very condescending attitude.
