  absolutely the most rude women working there,,i am a customer and never have i been snapped at and talked to like i have here ,,how very very rude..all i did was stand at the customer service desk waiting my turn to ask a question and never once opened my mouth waiting patiently and a woman come out of her office near it and said what do want cant you see shes busy,, really ?? and then cause i'm on the phone on hold with my other bank trying to get these 2 banks to communicate with each other - she tells me to take my business outside...really ? ..please dont bother these people with questions as your trying to do banking business you are a bother and a hinderance to them and they will let you know it,,they are there to get paid not help you ..what a terrible bank and the online app is so slow with pendings balance is so delayed and not real time ..and they denied a online transaction for non sufficient funds even though i had over a grand in available funds for a $ 65.00 purchase but they cant tell me why it was denied ,,atm at veterans out of money or order ,,,i will go else where thanks for letting me know what a nasty rude hateful business you are,,,
