We recently moved to the area and needed a local bank. Truist has been wonderful to work with. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Like others have said money randomly comes and goes without transactions. You can also say goodbye to free checking because they do not offer it without “specifications”. BB&T was so much better, I have already found a better bank.

Went to this bank ( my bank for years ) I went to the ATM to deposit my check, that’s the way I been doing my banking since Covid started. But today the ATM worked but it said deposit is not available ( WTH ) the line to the drive thru was ridiculous and they horrible slow!!!!! So I drove around to go inside only to find they have closed the lobby again. How stupid. Un the less, I am about to start looking for another bank. The Russellville Branch is very Un convenient. They might as well close the doors. Oh wait they already have!!!!!

Never had a problem with any of the bank employees, really a good crew and this bank offers really nice extras to go along with any of their accounts.
