Recently, we popped in without an appointment (on a Friday afternoon, no less), to do some banking outside of the basic scope of deposit/withdrawal. Nichole (manager) took care of us when I feel like she could've easily told us we needed an appointment. The excellent combination of professionalism and friendliness is much appreciated.
