It's hard to believe one person leaving could literally tank the customer service of a facility but it appears to have happened. I called yesterday to get an issue handled with my debit card and the gentleman was condescending and kept saying it might be easier if I came in since I would have to be able to answer some personal questions about myself and my account. I told him I thought I could handle it. Miraculously, I happened to know my own information and we were able to handle it over the phone. I did have an in-person transaction to do and I drove straight to the Hamburg location.
