- JBJ.T BlankenshipAug 21, 20251.0I wouldn’t have believed this myself if I didn’t see it firsthand. So we had to call customer service to reset my dad’s password. I personally did the reset and got logged in. The next day we tried to sign in and the same password would not work. It will not let you reset the password online. You HAVE to call customer service EVERY TIME. my bank would never do this. We are changing banks. This is ridiculous.
