Working 2 jobs and trying to get to a bank that is only open from 9-4 M-F and 9-12 on Saturdays is hard enough. Especially after working all night. But this Saturday when I pulled up at10 til 12 to make a deposit...with ONE car in front of me and one in lane next to them, they had the closed sign on!?!?! Wth? So I stayed in line. I had a very important bill thay needed to be paid and i worked all night before to make sure it was paid. Just needed the money to go into my bank account. The teller could see me waiting there in line. I noticed it was taking FAR longer than any transaction has ever taken at the drive thru. So was the other lane. We ALL sat there, no movement for 10 minutes!?!....until EXACTLY 12pm, when the teller Magically finished the transactions just in time to close. What a coincidence!! Her sarcastic smile when she looked at me, but then ignored me at the window was all I needed to know. Audubon branch is the worst. This is the second time I've not been able to get my banking done bc their employees are lazy and are always cutting out early...who gives a crap about the customer. Getting a new bank. Truist should have stayed BB&T.
