- KLKarrie LeibleAug 12, 20251.0Late atm fee popped through causing my account to be about 1.50 negative and they want to say I can't have part of my 500 I deposit. This bank is a joke. I look at my account at least 3 times a day to keep up with automatic withdraws. An atm feem should not pop through 4 days later. And if it does take the weekend it should have at least shown on Monday. Why are weekend transactions taking till Tues to process. Goes to show you can't trust truit to do their job on a timely manner. It's not the workers, the bank's policies are horrendous and are absolutely not there for their customers. I will be shopping around for a better bank that is there for their customers.
