Late atm fee popped through causing my account to be about 1.50 negative and they want to say I can't have part of my 500 I deposit. This bank is a joke. I look at my account at least 3 times a day to keep up with automatic withdraws. An atm feem should not pop through 4 days later. And if it does take the weekend it should have at least shown on Monday. Why are weekend transactions taking till Tues to process. Goes to show you can't trust truit to do their job on a timely manner. It's not the workers, the bank's policies are horrendous and are absolutely not there for their customers. I will be shopping around for a better bank that is there for their customers.

They take forever. Just trying to make a deposit, and I have been here for 45 mins. When I arrived I was second in line, the inside wasn’t busy, and there were only 3 cars outside. The line is now wrapped around the building, the inside is very busy as well. Despite the high volume of costumers I only see 3 tellers, so it’s not their fault. Even looked to see if they had an inquiry anywhere about hiring more tellers. I didn’t find anything, so if they do have one posted they aren’t making it easy on themselves.
The lady took my money to deposit, and what usually takes less than a minute (when I have more money) took her 10 mins to get back to me. I’m a waitress so I come here a lot to deposit cash. I work by the standard, “first one in, first one out.” However, that wasn’t the case here today. Maybe, instead of pushing your credit card on me the business should try to train their employees how to be more efficient. The world is moving faster everyday, and instead of changing their name to keep up with the modern world maybe they should change their policies on costumer interactions.

Tried to get a CSR to help with a bank statement. Its been a week, and five emails, two phone calls, and still don't have what I need. I would not recommend this branch.
