- EDElizabeth DaughertyMar 7, 20241.0Update 5/5/25 I had a situation with my business debit card being over charged by a local gym. I called and spoke with Shirley about that matter and she told me my bank account would not be charged an overdraft fee repeatedly until I got my account up to balance. I called today and Shirley swears she never spoke to me. The amount of gas lighting and disrespect that comes out of this woman’s mouth is absolutely deplorable. They probably shouldn’t allow her to answer the phone. Just bank elsewhere. Especially if it's a business account. My business account debit card was shut off for “fraud” for a legitimate charge that had previously went through a month before, leaving me without access to my money while on a business trip out of the state. I was not aware of this until 7 days after the claimed “fraudulent” charge, again leaving me without access to my money. The solution I was offered was to come into the bank and withdraw money… how can I do that if I’m not even in the state?

I have been banking here for rite at a year and asked about a small 1000$ loan last week. The woman said the smallest loan they offer is 1500$ so I told her that's fine. I could tell it was a waste of time rite off the bat because the loan officer was very rude. So I got on my mobile banking app and looked up deposits. The app only goes back to mid October almost 3 months ago and it shows 17,657.49 had been deposited to my account in less than 3 months. I ended up getting denied. They seem to think I couldnt pay back 1500$ in a years time when I've made over 10x that amount in less than 3 months. I ended up going to a different bank and got approved with no trouble at all and I didnt even have a account there.
